After more than thirty years of development, Yantai Oriental has established a perfect sales network in China, and established stainless steel service centers in Yantai, Beijing, Shenyang, Dalian, Taiyuan and Zibo, and set up sales companies in Wuxi, Qingdao, Zibo and Chengdu, and we have set up stainless steel warehouses in Xi'an, Chongqing and Guizhou respectively to achieve fast shipment of goods in order to continuously serve the end users in the southwest region.

Asset management sector， as an important part in the diversified development， has developed rapidly in industry real estate leasing and property management. The main properties include:

1. Yantai Oriental Industry Park Phases I and II

Construction preparation of Yantai Oriental industry Park started in October 2006. The project covers an area of nearly 800 mu. Construction work was officially started in March 2007. The main works of the first phase were basically completed the same year. Company headquarter successfully settled in the park at the end of 2008. Phase I and Phase II industry parks have 36 industry plants with a total floor area of 200000 square meters, apartment and staff's family building 120000 square meters, restaurants, gymnasiums and other supporting facilities 5000 square meters, office building 15000 square meters. Average rental rate is over 95%, providing a stable income for the development of Yantai Oriental. Oriental industry Park has become the largest industry park in Shandong Province. Dozens of large and medium-sized enterprises have settled in the park. Oriental Industry park is a professional industry park focusing on stainless steel processing, automobile industry, logistic services. Oriental industry Park will further optimize its industry chain, improve service quality, expand business scope and upgrade ancillary facilities.

2. Oriental International Business Center Project

Oriental International Business Center project is located on the Yangtze River Road, the central axis of Yantai Economic and Technology Development Area. The west side is Fulai Mountain Park,the largest mountain park in the development area, with a total area of 980 mu. The project has 4 high-rise buildings, 2 of which have 32 floors and 2 of which have 28 floors. There are 1722 rooms in total.

Catering Sector

Yantai Dongtai Catering Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2015 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is an industry company specializing in providing one-stop comprehensive services such as employee canteen contracting services, canteen trusteeship, etc. for enterprises, institutions, factories, schools. At present Yantai Dongtai has 20 management personnel, 2 full-time accountants, 6 full-time purchasers, 17 super chefs, 13 first class chefs, 15 second class chefs, 18 third class chefs, 6 first class bakers, 6 pastry chefs, 5 Chinese style bakers, and 6 health managers. It has successively invested in operation of Yantai Oriental staff restaurant, the restaurant of Aihua Bilingual School, Huasheng International School, Xixing Electronic Restaurant and other high standard restaurants.
